1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Singapore only.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing times may be longer during:
• Peak seasons
• Promotional periods
• Public holidays
• Unforeseen operational delays

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframes
Singapore Deliveries

• Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
• Express delivery (if available): 1–2 business days

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are: 

  • S$8 for orders below S$100

  • Free for orders above S$100

All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We offer free standard shipping within Singapore for orders above S$100
This promotion may change or be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

5. Third-Party Seller Fulfilment (Marketplace Orders)

Some products on 4PadelSGP are sold and shipped by third-party sellers (“Sellers”).

For such orders:
• Shipping methods and delivery timelines may vary between Sellers
• Orders containing items from multiple Sellers may arrive in separate shipments
• Sellers are responsible for packing, dispatch, and delivery of their products

4PadelSGP acts as a platform provider and does not directly handle shipping for Seller-fulfilled orders.

6. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking availability depends on:
• Courier service used
• Shipping method selected
• Seller fulfilment capabilities

7. Delivery Issues

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:
• Delivery delays
• Lost parcels
• Additional charges
resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.

While we will assist in liaising with couriers or Sellers where possible, delivery delays once handed over to a courier are outside our direct control.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the original packaging

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
